To open support ticket you first need to create an account then login.

The information you need when submit tickets are

1. Username (which you would like to get help on)

2. Explain as clear as possible on the problem

3. If incorrect email need to be change then you need to submit passport, ID, address, document support address to proof that you are the owner of the account.

4. If not received the fund after deposit then we need Transaction ID, Date of deposit, amount of deposit.
